We can supply the entire attachment and
everything you need to make it work. This attachment
has been made on the basis of the original Schutte Threading Attachment.
The two different speeds necessary to
make threading operations are determined by two couples of
ratio gears. They are engaged alternatively by using
two electromagnetic clutches.
All the gears and the shafts making up
the attachment are hardened, ground, and assembled in
advance together with the bearings for easier fitting.
The clutches are controlled by an electric unit, the right
timing is provided by a couple of micro switches.
