Thanks to the experience achieved through the years
of rebuilding on automatic multispindles, the continuous
searching for new technologies and the skill of our
technicians, GWMtech has succeeded to apply AC motors
capable to move many parts of the machine that took
motion only with levers, shafts, and gears before.
The motors are called "brushless", and they move at your
command without making any mistakes. The market
offers many models of brushless servo motors, but we
have chosen a name that surely you will already know:
Fanuc.
These advanced features, combined with an accurate
mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical reconstruction and
upgrade, have lead to create new, reliable, quick,
accurate, and noiseless machines.
Today these transformations and upgrades have been
applied to the most common and famous lathes on the
market.
Our range of machines is large: from 16mm up to 70mm,
all rebuilt on the basis of old, strong and
indestructible ones made by the most famous European
manufacturers. "Old Glories", completely
refurbished and brand new, with variable spindle speeds
and feeds, optional CNC controlled pick-up and slide,
with conformity CE mark and a 24 month warranty on spare
parts.
All rebuilt lathes on Gildemeister and Schutte frames may be
provided with a servo threading device in addition to
the spindle RPM control and production timing control,
already served by brushless servo motors.
With Schutte frames may be mounted a CNC "pick-up"
(backwork spindle) with controlled longitudinal axis,
and, on request, with a spindle stopping unit.
Moreover, the machines are equipped with a modem that
allows our technicians to control the machine parameters
and make adjustments from our factory!
Finally,
the machines may be provided with an automatic bar
loader, fully connected and ready to work, tools for the
working cycles, cams, and a service of complete tooling
of the machine to produce the first lot of pieces.
The machine may be delivered to you ready to
start the production!
